Bio
Asher was born in Houston, Texas, and graduated magna cum laude from Texas A&M University with his B.B.A. and a concentration in Management. Throughout his time at Texas A&M, Asher was heavily involved in Aggie CRU, a student-led ministry. Following graduation, Asher attended the University of Mississippi School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship and was an active member in the Christian Legal Society, Business Law Network, and Intellectual Property Law Society. Upon completing his first year of law school, Asher transferred to, and ultimately graduated from, Texas A&M University School of Law. While at Texas A&M Law, Asher focused his studies primarily on employment law, professional liability, and civil litigation, and he served on the Board of both the Texas A&M Journal of Property Law and the 12th Law Man.
Upon successful completion of the Texas Bar Exam, Asher returned to Bryan-College Station to join West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry as an attorney. Asher is a meaningful contributor to our appellate litigation, employment law, professional liability, sports & entertainment law, higher education law, and business litigation teams.
Asher’s practice is built on his belief that clients deserve more than cookie-cutter legal solutions; they deserve an attorney who listens, understands their priorities, and fights for what matters most to them. Asher has helped individuals, families, and businesses navigate complex legal situations with confidence and clarity, always working to make the law more accessible and less overwhelming. Asher prioritizes responsiveness, transparency, and deep commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
Outside of his legal practice, Asher enjoys rooting for the Texas A&M Aggies and all of Houston’s sports teams, watching Formula One, pursuing his private pilot’s license, spending time with his friends and family, and playing sports like tennis, pickleball, and volleyball.
