Bio
Cole Geist has been a dedicated attorney at West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry since April 2024, following his successful completion of the bar exam. During this time, he has made significant contributions to our construction litigation and employment discrimination teams.
Cole’s legal expertise is grounded in his strong educational background, including graduating magna cum laude from Baylor Law School and cum laude from Texas A&M University. At Baylor Law, Cole focused on gaining one-on-one experience with his professors, engaging with their latest research and ongoing litigation. He also served on the Baylor Law Review and was an active member of the Baylor Barrister Society and Christian Legal Society.
Before practicing law in Bryan College Station, Cole was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University for his undergraduate degree, where he met his wife, Rebecca. After years of helping manage a local Bryan-College Station business, he turned his focus to Baylor University School of Law and has never looked back. Cole’s experience with local businesses in the Bryan-College Station area has helped him better understand and advise on the unique challenges his clients and their businesses face.
Beyond his legal practice, Cole is an avid hunter and fisherman enjoys Aggie football, and cherishes time spent with his family at their ranch in Johnson City, Texas. Above all, Cole’s life is devoted to his faith in Jesus.
Cole and Rebecca are excited to welcome their first child in November 2024 and look forward to raising her in the Bryan-College Station area. As a civil litigator, Cole is committed to serving his community and providing his clients with the highest level of legal representation.
