Acted as seller’s counsel in connection with the negotiation and closing of $11MM sale of a self-storage business and facility in Bryan, Texas.
Acted as buyer’s counsel in connection with the negotiation and closing of $4MM purchase of a retail strip center in Kaufman, Texas.
Represented institutional lender in negotiation and drafting of $12MM master credit facility for residential builder.

Bio
Pat Fogarty has been practicing law at West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry since 2009. Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Pat’s extensive transactional practice is focused in the areas of real estate, commercial lending, entertainment, oil and gas, and corporate matters. His practice benefits from a diverse personal and professional background. Prior to joining West Webb, Mr. Fogarty interned with The Honorable Frances Stacey of the Southern District of Texas, worked as a legal editorial assistant at legal publisher Jones McClure, and as an escrow assistant at a title company. Prior to law school, Pat spent fifteen years in the music industry as a major label artist in the band Pushmonkey, and as an artist manager and independent record label owner. He uses this life experience to inform his representation of clients in many diverse matters.
