Mr. Palmer was born in Abilene, Texas and graduated from high school in Arlington, Texas. He is married to Lanna Palmer. They have two adult sons, Landon and Logan.
In representing banks, businesses, individuals, insurance companies, and government entities, Les has successfully litigated throughout Texas, in state and federal courts, and, with special permission, courts in other states.
