Bio
Ms. Goldman leads the West Austin office of West, Webb, Allbritton, & Gentry, offering Steiner Ranch, Four Points, and the greater West Austin area local access to the full range of legal services provided by West Webb’s team of lawyers. Prior to joining West Webb as a partner in 2022, Kristy founded Goldman Law Group, an estate planning and small business law firm located in West Austin.
With over 16 years of experience as an attorney in a wide range of industries, Kristy’s practice focuses on trust and will-based estate planning, general counsel services for local businesses, and real estate transactions. An entrepreneur herself, Kristy is uniquely skilled at balancing the operational necessities of her business clients with risk mitigation and liability protection strategies. Kristy is passionate about assisting entrepreneurs as they get their business off the ground or move it to the next stage of development, and she often serves as outsourced general counsel in the formation of entities, employment matters, and contract drafting and negotiation to further her client’s goals.
Kristy and her husband Kyle live in the Steiner Ranch community in West Austin with their two daughters. The Goldmans enjoy paddleboarding on Lake Austin, traveling, playing with their dogs, and enjoying Austin’s restaurant scene. Ms. Goldman is heavily involved in the Steiner Ranch and West Austin communities through her children’s school, her church, and volunteer efforts with the National Charity League, Austin Humane Society, Pop Up Birthday, the Blanton Museum of Art, and the Micah 6 Food Pantry and various other philanthropies.
