Kris Yager has been a devoted attorney at West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry for the past 3 years, growing the firm’s practice in the Waco, Temple, and Austin areas.
Kris’s practice areas span estate planning and probate, real estate, and business entities and transactions including entity formation, contracts, and business buyouts. Kris represents all individuals and married couples who need new or updated estate planning. He also represents realtors, business owners, and individuals who have lost a loved one and need assistance with his or her estate.
Kris’s legal expertise is supported by an intense educational background, including a J.D. from the boot camp of law schools, Baylor Law School, and a B.B.S., graduating summa cum laude, from Baylor University.
Outside of his legal practice, Kris is deeply devoted to his faith, family, and community. Kris has been a member of Highland Baptist Church since 2019 and a small group leader of 12 individuals since 2023. Kris is also a member of the Waco Chapter of Bible Study Fellowship. Kris and his wife are expecting their first child, Theodore, in October of 2024.
