CREDENTIALS

Jay Rudinger has been a litigator with West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry since 2014 working on a variety of litigation matters. Jay’s practice spans business disputes, employment disputes, real estate disputes, oil and gas disputes, and higher education law. Jay assists his clients in all stages of a dispute, from prelitigation to arbitration or trial.

Jay grew up in Tomball, Texas before earning a B.S. in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University in 2003. Immediately after graduating, Jay worked for three years at his family-owned heavy oilfield truck equipment manufacturer before attending South Texas College of Law and earning his J.D. in 2008. Jay began his legal career at Locke Lord in Houston, Texas before returning to Aggieland to practice at West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry in 2014.

Jay draws upon his experience working in his own family business in his representation of clients across the state. His ability to understand his clients’ concerns and worries allows him to provide knowledgeable counsel and advice.

In addition to his practice, Jay has found opportunities to serve the Bryan/College Station community. He is an elder at Redeemer Presbyterian Church and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of the Brazos Valley, and the Board of Camp Tejas, a Christian camp in Giddings, Texas. When he is not “working out some stress” in the Lions Pride Sports wrestling ring as Drake Durden, you can find Jay spending time with his wife, Jami (class of 2004), and their two boys, Cortland and Chance.
