After moving to Texas to attend Baylor Law, Florida natives Hailee and her husband, Stephen,
fell in love with Central Texas and decided to make it their home. Hailee and Stephen live in
McGregor with their cat, Lizzie Fuse, and are parishioners at St. Louis Catholic Church in Waco.
Hailee is also a member of Congregation Agudath Jacob in Waco.
Hailee joined West, Webb, Albritton, & Gentry as an associate in 2021. She practices general
civil litigation and appeals out of the Waco office. In addition to her litigation practice, Hailee is
an adjunct professor of legal writing at Baylor Law School.
Hailee is also passionate about public service. Before joining the firm, Hailee worked as a Staff
Attorney for Lone Star Legal Aid in its Military and Veterans Unit. As a law student, she
received multiple public service awards, including the Bill Kimble Service Award, for
“demonstrating exceptional service to the community,” and earned the designation of Public
Interest Fellow. Hailee continues her devotion to serving the community through her volunteer
work with the Junior League of Waco and Baylor Law School’s Veterans Clinic.
