After moving to Texas to attend Baylor Law, Florida natives Hailee and her husband, Stephen, fell in love with central Texas and decided to make it their home. Hailee and Stephen live in McGregor with their cat and are parishioners at St. Louis Catholic Church in Waco. Hailee is also a member of and serves on the board of trustees at Congregation Agudath Jacob in Waco. In her spare time, Hailee plays trumpet in the McLennan Community Orchestra and Waco Jazz Orchestra.
Hailee joined West, Webb, Albritton, & Gentry as an associate in 2021. She practices general civil litigation and appeals out of Waco. In addition to her litigation practice, Hailee is an adjunct legal writing professor at Baylor Law School.
Hailee has always been passionate about public service. As a law student, she received multiple public service awards, and before joining the firm, Hailee worked as a staff attorney in Lone Star Legal Aid’s Military and Veterans Unit. To this day, she continues her devotion to serving the community through her volunteer work with the Junior League of Waco and the Baylor Law Veterans Clinic. In 2023, Hailee received Baylor Law Veterans Clinic’s Advocate of the Year award, recognizing her commitment and dedication to serving the legal needs of central Texas veterans.
