For over fifteen years, clients have trusted Donald Delgado with their most important legal matters due to his ability to find creative solutions to complex problems and his willingness to fight for his clients when they need it most.
Donald is a partner with West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry, P.C. and represents clients across a broad range of matters in state and federal court, appellate courts, and before administrative tribunals. He represents businesses, corporations, and individuals, both as plaintiffs and defendants, in a wide variety of complex litigation, arbitration, and counseling matters, including construction litigation, business disputes, breach of contract, oil and gas disputes, real estate litigation, insurance litigation, probate litigation, and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death litigation. Mr. Delgado has extensive trial experience throughout Texas and has tried to verdict several complex business and commercial matters, personal injury, construction, real estate disputes, and oil and gas matters.
Donald is a native of Bryan, Texas, and graduated from Bryan High. He went on to earn his B.A. from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law.
Donald has a long history of service to the State Bar of Texas. He is currently Past-President of the Brazos County Bar Association and has served as Vice-President and Director of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, nominating chair of the Texas Bar Foundation, panel chair of the District 8A Grievance Committee, and member of the State Bar of Texas LeadershipSBOT, Class of 2013-2014. Donald has led several initiatives to assist attorneys and provide pro bono assistance to those in need. For his service to lawyers and the public, Donald has received a Presidential Resolution from the State Bar of Texas for his exceptional service to the legal profession, TYLA’s President’s Award of Merit, the Keith L. Krueger Leadership Award, and has twice received the Lonestar Legal Aid Outstanding Commitment to Pro Bono Service Award.
Donald is also active in the community. He is a founding member and on the Board of First Win (a non-profit focused on supporting and empowering children), serves as Secretary and Director of OnRamp (a non-profit that donates vehicles to people in need), and is a Board of Director for Save Our Streets Ministries (a non-profit that serves at-risk youth through life skills education, outreach, and vocational training).
