Cole was born and raised in Fredericksburg, Texas before attending Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Upon graduating from Texas A&M, Cole attended Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Alongside his J.D., Cole also holds a certificate in Sports Law from the National Sports Law Institute. After graduating from Marquette, Cole returned to College Station to join West, Webb, Allbritton, & Gentry, P.C. as an attorney in 2023. Cole is barred in Texas and Wisconsin with a primary emphasis in civil litigation.

Cole enjoys watching the Aggies play, spending time at his family’s ranch in Willow City, Texas, hunting, fishing, and listening to classic and Texas country music.
