Bio

Caleb represents clients across multiple industries in all phases of the business lifecycle, from corporate structuring and formation to daily operations and negotiating the acquisition and sale of businesses. Caleb also represents businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial real estate transactions – including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing for a wide range of asset classes, and both lender and borrower side finance.

Caleb is driven by the tangible and transformative impact successful transactions can have on individuals, businesses, and communities. Recognized for his unflappable and indefatigable attitude, solutions-oriented mindset, and keen attention to detail, Caleb is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their business objectives in an efficient and pragmatic manner while minimizing risks.

Caleb joined West Webb in 2024 after spending seven years practicing at mid-sized and global law firms in Houston. Outside of the office, you can find Caleb spending time with his wife, Alex (Aggie Class of 2014), and their two beautiful daughters.
