Bryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and worked in the electronics industry for eight years, serving in various engineering and supply chain management roles. Bryan then pursued law school, after which he took a position as an associate at a large law firm in Houston. Bryan and his wife Lisa (Aggie class of ’99) decided to move back to the Brazos Valley in 2012, and are thrilled to raise their three children in the Bryan/College Station community. Bryan is very involved in his church community at the A&M Church of Christ, enjoys golf, fishing, cheering on his kids in their various activities, and loves all Aggie sports.

Bryan’s practice is focused on commercial transactions of all varieties.  He assists clients with real estate development matters, starting a business or buying or selling a business, negotiating contracts, and protecting intellectual property.  As a former engineer, Bryan brings problem-solving skills and perspective to help his clients achieve their business and personal goals.
