Bio

Bryan Hanna’s practice is focused on commercial transactions. After a few years with a large law firm in downtown Houston, Bryan joined West Webb in 2012.

As a former engineer, Bryan brings unique problem-solving skills and perspective to help his clients achieve their business and personal goals. Bryan graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and then worked in the electronics industry for eight years, serving in various engineering and supply chain management roles. During his time in industry, Bryan obtained an MBA degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, which ultimately led him to pursue law school. Bryan graduated near the top of his class at South Texas College of Law where he also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the South Texas Law Review.

Clients seem to appreciate working with Bryan because he diligently seeks practical solutions which respect the overarching goals of the transaction while paying careful attention to each detail. Bryan believes in the value of responsiveness, excellence, and creativity. Among other transactional activities, Bryan primarily assists clients with real estate development matters, starting a business, buying or selling a business, negotiating contracts, and protecting intellectual property.

Outside of his legal practice, Bryan especially enjoys Texas A&M sports, cheering on his own kids in their sports, and travel. Bryan is heavily invested in adult education and college ministry in his church community.
