Billy Hart is a litigation paralegal who has been with the firm since January 2000. He has worked in the legal field for over 35 years, with concentrated experience in civil litigation. Billy grew up in Houston, Texas, and completed his paralegal certification in 1991 at the Concorde Career Institute. Billy received an Associate’s Degree in Business from Blinn College in 1996 and a B.A. in Psychology from Texas A&M University in 2000. He is a member of the Paralegal Division of the State Bar of Texas, the Computer and Technology Section and Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas, and the Texas Bar College. Billy is married to Dawn Hart and has two children, Christina and Justin, and three grandchildren, Ryland, Lynnlee, and Carson. He is actively involved in the South Texas Youth Soccer Association, Brazos Valley Youth Soccer Association, Grace Bible Church, and his neighborhood association.
