Kyle grew up in Mount Pleasant, Texas, and received his undergraduate education from Texas A&M University.  Kyle later earned his J.D. at Texas A&M School of Law, where he focused on workplace law and appellate work.  After serving as a briefing attorney at the Eleventh Court of Appeals, Kyle joined West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry, P.C. in 2018. Kyle works primarily in the Fort Worth office, practicing civil litigation and appeals. Kyle is married to his high school sweetheart, Dr. Zoë Hess Carney. Kyle is also an avid tennis player and enjoys spending time with his family.

Kyle is an appellate lawyer and commercial litigator. His practice focuses on civil appeals, employment law, higher education, and unfair competition disputes. Kyle also has substantial experience litigating healthcare liability, professional malpractice, construction, and personal injury disputes. In addition to handling a range of civil disputes at both the trial and appellate levels, Kyle also assists individuals and businesses with the registration and enforcement of trademarks.
