Many have asked how cancelled schools will impact schedules for possession and access. Brazos County Courts have issued the following order:

We have received a lot questions regarding possession and access schedules in light of school closings due to the coronavirus situation.
All possession schedules shall continue to be subject to the school calendar that was in effect on the first day of the school year, in the school district in which the child resides, and no revisions shall be made based on the pending school closings. This has been approved by our Administrative Judge, Honorable Steve Smith.
