Mr. Fogarty grew up in Dripping Springs, Texas.  Prior to law school, Mr. Fogarty spent fifteen years in the music industry as a major label artist in the band Pushmonkey, and as an artist manager and independent record label owner.

Prior to joining West Webb, Mr. Fogarty interned with The Honorable Frances Stacey of the Southern District of Texas, and worked as a legal editorial assistant at legal publisher Jones McClure.  He and his wife Melissa have two children, Presley and Pierce.

Pat is a former major label musician and artist manager.  He uses this life experience to inform his transactional practice focused in the areas of real estate, banking, oil & gas, corporate matters, copyright and entertainment.
